Effect: Can you imagine launching a big burst of streamers, then reloading your device for a second blast in LESS then 10 seconds? This device will do just that utilizing our new, disposable, 12v wireless, cartridge cannon system. Produce sudden bursts of confetti or streamers from almost any remote location, without cumbersome wires. Even activate it from within the audience with the discrete micro key-switch. Great for weddings, parade floats, parties, awards, tours or anywhere you want an instant setup with no running wires. Cost effective for short or long running shows. The Mechanics: This single launch cannon operates from an internal 12V dry storage (rechargeable) battery as power source. It consists of high tech electronic elements which include a wireless receiver base and a keypad transmitter. Its performance is reliable and simple to setup and operate. It can be controlled from almost any location, up to 40-60' away. For best distance, it is important to have a complete line of site from you to the device. NOTE: Avoid placing unit between any shielding (in front of or below) which could interfere with the radio signal. Avoid placing the device behind thick objects such as speakers, or large electrical units. Point keypad at launcher, and test fire. To best understand its operation, conduct a dry fire test first, without a cartridge in place.

To Test: Put the unit on even ground and adjust the angle position according to the launching direction. Switch on Master Switch, (device is now armed) and the red power supply indicator lamp will light up on the right side. Check and make sure volt meter reads 12Vs, or more.

Press yellow button to fire device. The RED FIRE LIGHT will glow on the cannon. At this point, if a cartridge were in place, the streamers would have launched.

NOW Press green button to turn off the FIRE light. Now check to see if the device fire light is out? NEVER attempt to change the cartridge when the RED lights are lit. To do so, it will shoot.

Always turn off master switch when changing cartridges (both red lights must be out).

With the master switch off, insert a 12v cartridge into center hole socket then insert wire plug into the matching side pin. Keep face well away when doing this.

Turn on power supply (use safety key-switch). TO FIRE, Press yellow button gently on remote control keypad and the confetti will launch. (the RED FIRE indicator lamp will come on at the same time). NOTE: you must be within 40-60' range, for signal to activate launcher. Next press the green button after launching (on keypad) and the launcher will stop sending power to the cartridge. The RED fire indicator will go off. As soon as it does, it is now safe to approach. After launching, turn off the master key-switch power supply, and reload when needed. (wear safety goggles).

Points of Attention: When the battery is lower than 12 volts, charge it before use. To do this, insert the charger to into any standard 110-120v wall outlet. The the green charging light will come on. Time for charging is usually 6 hours. This unit can launch as many as 20—30 firings before recharging is needed. If the launcher has not been used for a long period of time (3 months or more), you should charge it up before using.

Remote control and receiving circuits in every single launcher use special coding and decoding circuits that operate on a 315 Mhz frequency. The launcher works only when identical coding and decoding signals match. Therefore do not attempt to open and tamper with the electric elements. To do so could cause frequency excursion and the launcher may not receive the launch command.

If the codings of several single shot launchers are same, our launchers can be controlled by one remote control keypad. However, each launcher’s coding will be different from others (unless you ordered the special, 3 on 1 cannon/keypad system). If distance of remote control requires you to operate from a close range, or launching indicator lamp is dim, you should replace the A23 battery in the remote control keypad. When setting up your shot, always do a mock test fire to be sure your signal range is within the limits of your keypad. Simply walk out to where you will fire and hit the button. Now walk back and see it the fire light has been activated. If light is on, your distance test is OK, now reset everything and proceed to load cartridge. NOTE: A extra internal fuse (F 10A) is provided and can be replaced inside the bottom cover. This protects the recharging system.

Avoid rough handling during transportation, and do not use in wet environments. When not in use, store your cannons in a cool dry location away from high heat.

We offer 3 standard sizes of disposable 12v cartridges:

Small size 12” cartridge is recommended for most indoor jobs with 12'-20' clearance or outdoors.
Ideal for Indoor wedding, awards shows, gym functions, backyard parties.

Medium size 17” cartridge is recommended for larger indoor jobs with 18-25' clearance or outdoors.

Shooting Tips: Generally, if you have low ceiling clearance, rectangle confetti loads will perform the best and give longest hang time. Streamers are generally shot at a 45-75º angle so the streamers can ark like a rainbow. When shooting streamers outdoors, avoid placing cannon under trees and power lines.

Be aware that these disposable cartridges are pressurized, (188 psi) therefore they cannot be transported by air. If you are traveling by AIR, Do not pack them in your luggage or you will be in trouble. We ship by ground only. The gas is non flammable nitrogen and is safe for use in all venues.

Note to Fire Marshal: This is a NON – pyrotechnic device using Nitrogen (Air) pressure to propel the confetti & streamer items. All contents in our cartridges are FLAMEPROOF. (unless otherwise altered by the user).
